Hub.
A business platform your organisation runs on its own Cloudflare account.
Hub is a business platform an organisation runs on its own Cloudflare account, often under its own name. People sign in to their organisation's Hub on the web or with the Hub apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac. It is published by ALMA (Albuquerque de Matos, Unipessoal, Lda). Hub is not a public sign-up service: an organisation's administrator creates its accounts.
What it does
- Mail: design email campaigns, keep contact lists, unsubscribe links and a Do Not Contact list, and send through the organisation's own email services.
- Video Calls: meetings in the browser and the apps, a schedule, and booking pages where others book time with you.
- Storage: the organisation's files, with previews, sharing links and offline copies.
- Media Tools and Studio: converting files, editing documents, spreadsheets, presentations and PDFs, and editing video, images and 3D.
- AI and API: AI in the apps, running on the organisation's own Cloudflare account by default, and an API with personal keys for connecting other software.
- Time Tracker, Lex (legal research) and other tools the organisation turns on.
Connecting a Google account
Three features can use a Google account that you connect yourself, each asking Google only for what it needs:
- Gmail, to send the emails you write in Hub (campaigns, meeting invitations, share links) from your own address. Hub only sends: it never reads your mail.
- Google Calendar, so meetings booked with you on your booking page go into the calendar you choose, at times you are free.
- YouTube, to publish a video you edited in Studio to your own channel.
How Hub handles that data, and how to remove its access, is in the privacy policy.
